A native of Oakland, California, Greg Foster provides marketing,
deal sourcing public and investor relations capacity of the company coupled with his first-hand experience as a mortgage investor
and lending. Greg retired from a fulfilling career in the N.B.A in January 2003. He moved back to El Paso, Texas at the time and evaluated his career options. After weighing the pros and cons of several alternatives, real estate investing and financing proved a clear winner for a variety of reasons. Greg brought the same intensity, hard work and dedication that he had brought to the world of professional basketball to the world of real estate investing, as well as residential and commercial financing. Greg empowered himself through
education and first hand experience to become a very active real estate investor in West Texas and Central and South New Mexico.
He continues to be a role model and active participant in the local El Paso civic and business community. He is also a licensed
Loan Officer in the State of Texas, as well as a partner in Champion Lending Group. |
